Write 500 Jokes in 5 weeks

Hey, guess what? You’re going to write 500 jokes in 5 weeks. I hear you scoffing and self doubting, well, knock it off! You’re gonna do it and I’m gonna help you using my 20+ years of comedy writing experience and 10+ years experience teaching comedy writing. Some of your 500 jokes will be funny, some will be so-so, and a bunch of them will be real awful, but that’s okay. This is not “Write 500 Amazing Jokes in 5 weeks,” this is about learning the basics of 2-sentence joke writing, and then learning how to sit down and write jokes every day. No matter what type of funny writing you’re pursuing, joke writing is an invaluable skill to have.

Specifics:

•5 Sessions online. March 22-April 26th (no class April 5th), 6pm Eastern-8pm Eastern

•Expect to write an hour a day writing jokes on your own every day.
